What is Art That Lasts Forever Worth?

At Factor Studio, we don’t price tattoos by the hour because time doesn’t measure meaning.

It doesn’t account for the planning, refinement, or precision each piece requires. It doesn’t reflect the private, professional, and deeply considered experience that defines our studio. Our pricing reflects the totality of what we deliver: art, process, and presence.

You don’t want sloppy work on your skin at any price. We want to give you great art that you’ll appreciate for a lifetime.

How Pricing Works

Tattoos require different levels of commitment from you and the artist. We work across four types of projects, based on what the tattoo is meant to carry.

Tattoo Offerings

  • Moment: $250 – $350
    • A focused mark expressed as a single idea or symbol
    • Complete on its own
    • Precise and self-contained
  • Season: $400–$600
    • A composed piece that carries story, movement, or connection beyond a single symbol
    • Shaped through deeper collaboration
    • Balanced for presence without overpowering the body
  • Era: Starting at $650
    • A defining composition that reshapes presence
    • Spanning a major area of the body
    • Built with long-term balance and permanence in mind
  • Legacy
    • Long-horizon work developed across multiple sessions
    • Designed to evolve as a unified, large-scale composition
    • Limited monthly capacity due to scope and continuity

Booking Logic

When you request a tattoo, we:

  • Review your idea and placement
  • Respond with a clear price range based on the project
  • Align expectations before your session so everything feels settled ahead of time

You’ll know what to expect before your appointment – not after it’s finished.now what to expect before your session begins — not after it ends.

⚠️ For Returning Clients

If you’ve worked with us before, you may notice that pricing is now more structured than it used to be. That’s intentional.

As our process has matured, we’ve refined how we scope and price work so it reflects the piece as a whole – not how long it happens to take on a given day.

The care, precision, and experience you’re used to haven’t changed.
What’s changed is the clarity.

What’s Included — No Extra Charge

Every session at Factor Studio includes professional aftercare and support – because the

work doesn’t stop when the needle lifts:

  • Medical-grade second-skin bandage for initial healing
  • Healing ointment and foaming soap selected for tattoo recovery
  • One complimentary touch-up within 30 days, if needed

This is part of the experience – not an add-on or a last-minute upsell. You’re here for great work. We make sure everything else matches.
